I hope this letter finds you in good health. I'm writing to bring a concerning incident to your attention regarding the condition of some food items I recently purchased from your store in Green Bay, WI.
On 10/12/23, I received a grocery order that was dropped off at my home. The store address this was shopped at is: 2015 Shawano Avenue Green Bay, WI. To my dismay, upon unloading my groceries, I discovered that an item was not only expired by several months, but it had visible signs of gross mold. This is a clear violation of food safety and a matter of great concern.
I have attached images showing the expiration date and the moldy beef jerky in the bag.
This incident has not only caused significant inconvenience, but also raised serious health concerns for myself and three children, who opened the bag to dive into eat, along with a lot of potential customers who may have also purchased this off your shelves.
It is imperative that immediate is action is taken to rectify this situation and prevent such occurrence in the future.
I felt it necessary to escalate this matter to ensure that appropriate measures are put into place to maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality within your establishment.
I kindly request and recommend you conduct a thorough review of your inventory management and quality control processes. Additionally, staff training on identifying and removing expired items should be reinforced.
Desired outcome: Please refund my entire receipt of $40.04 accordingly. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I trust that you will handle this incident with the seriousness it deserves

Arrived at 11:10 and called to inform them I was here for the pickup for 11am-12pm. They stated they were just finishing the order and it would be out shortly. I received a text at 11:17am stating the order was ready. At 11:37 I still was waiting so I called again and they said they would check and came back saying just a few morning minutes and it will be out. In the meaning time a car that came 10 minutes after me received their order while I was still waiting. Order finally came out at 11:46. How is this convenient?
This is actually the second time this happened - the last time we waited 40 minutes even when the email confirmation from a few hours prior stated it was ready. This time as well there was three vehicles who arrived after me and received their orders before mine.
This is so frustrating since it is to be about convenience of not going in the store and spending extra time. Unfortunately not impressed with online pickup
