I completely regret ever going to this company! My bill was outrageous and I have had too many problems. I picked out a pair of frames and decided I didn't like them. I went back in and picked out a different pair. When they were ready, I picked them up but clearly wasnt paying attention, because when I got home, I saw that they werent the frames I had picked out. I went back in that same day and showed the man there which ones were supposed to be ordered. He said he would get them reordered right away. They say it takes 7 to 10 business days, so on the 10th day I called to find out the status of my order. The girl couldn't find them and mentioned my initial order, but not this 2nd one. I said "so it sounds like they were never ordered?!" She said she sees them now and will call when they're in. I called again today, which is the 14th business day and they were never ordered! Even after I called a week prior! I'm so upset with all the money I have wasted at this place and will NEVER recomend anyone to go here!
