I bought a (should have been new) Everlast Cardio fitness bag. When I got home and open the box it was an obvious returned item. The bag was all scuffed up, pieces were missing, bag of bolts were opened, the metal was bent and damaged and the base had water sloshing in it. The manager at the Walla Walla WA store treated me rude and acted like I was stupid. She didn't believe that someone at her store cold have accepted a return. She told me I would have to go through the company to get a replacement. I had to drive from out of town because of a mistake they made. She finally decided that she would do a one time exchanged but acted like she was really doing me a big favor even though I should by have received a substandard product. I will not be shopping there again.
