Les Schwab Tire Center

I purchased these tires on 11/29/23 after being installed right from the beginning I had an issue with them vibrating from the front passenger side. When I came back they rebalanced the tires, but I still had the same problem. When I came back the second they moved the tire to the rear of the truck (mind you every time I had to have something done, I had to take off from my job) and still had the same problem. Then I thought maybe it's my truck so I went got a front end alignment, had the rotors turned, brake check and also had Toyota balance the tires. I still have the same problem. I contacted "Zackary" and we spoke on the phone. I informed him I needed to get the tires off my truck as they are not working and told him to contact me by email. This is the message I received:

"Hey this is Zach from Les Schwab Tires I sent a quote over for the four new tires the most I can do for the tires that are on the truck now is 100.00 per tire for credit towards a new set."

Then reply with this message

Good Morning: Zachary

Hey! This is Jerry. You and I spoke on the phone yesterday about the tire situation. Read your response and would like to stay in my budget as the first purchase of tires. I would like to go with the Z FIT HT 265/70R/16 which would keep both of us from losing anything.

This is a week later I haven't heard anything back from him or les schwab, so now am riding around on these NO GOOD TIRES. Like the old saying goes carmen is a "B"
