My mom bought a dress for me and the same style dress In a different size for her. She decided she didn't want that dress so she decided to return it. She had no idea that they failed to ring her up for the dress so when she tried to return it they treated her as if my mother had stolen the dress and harassed her. Treating her as a criminal. They made her wait while they were looking at the cameras and later found out it was their mistake. They never apologized for accusing her.
I have worked at the GAP in 2003-2004. My mother and I have been a loyal customer since the early 90's and I'm sad to say we are so appalled by the customer sevice we will never shop at any gap store ever again. We will not support a store that treats customers so horribly.
