I went to get a cleaning in March 2021 and my insurance company, DeltaCare USA paid them by check #[protected] by direct payment and it was cashed on June 9, 2021. Plus, I paid them the $10 that their invoice stated I owned back in March. I have talked to 4 different people (including the office manager) and my insurance company about this payment that they still keep saying they didn't get even with the insurance company information. My insurance company stated the dental company needs to contact them but apparently they have not. I have started getting correspondence from a collection agency that Delta Dental stated they would stop. I just got another one. As of this date I will never go to Aspen Dental again nor will I refer them to anyone. My account number is [protected] if you need it.
Desired outcome: That they get their act together and stop harrassing me!!!!
