So long story short I had signed a contract. So yea got me there. Paid the 100 and something dollars a month for nine months assuming all the diagnostic type tests are covered under this monthly payment plan. Only to learn once taking kody to those tests in the first month result in 900. Balance not covered under this plan. Additionally they will not cancel the contract until balance paid, so it continues to accrue. Unclear contract terms and not explained at the vet. What a horrible "care" plan.
