Big Fish Games - Order placed accidentally. Payment made without my confirmation. No answer from big fish games through any communication channel I could find

On 10/26/20 I sent a message to to cancel an unwanted order that I had just made by accident (Order # 311659764). I'm still waiting for any answer to this email.

I have also tried to contact Big Fish Games through their Customer Support Page to cancel that order. I received an email from where their Customer Support acknowledged the reception of my request and assigned it the reference "[Incident: 3135711]".

In Big Fish Games Customer Support page they informed about "Delayed Response Times" saying literally "Our response time is currently longer than our typical 24-72 hour wait times. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. To help ensure we are able to address all questions and details in a timely fashion, please avoid submitting multiple new tickets while waiting for a response, as we work on providing assistance as soon as possible." So, I waited patiently for much more than 72 hours and still received no answer at all from them.

Then, as stated in the one and only email that I received from I have replied directly to that email several times, but I still have not received any answer.

I have also tried to reach them several times through their Customer Support email Every time, I only have got an automatic message with useless links not related at all with the problem I was explaining to them.

I have also tried to contact them by sending several emails to (Big Fish Public Relations for press inquiries) begging them to resend my attached original email to the proper people inside the company.

I have also been trying to contact them through their Instagram account by using Instagram's Messages feature. The message that I have sent them several times is practically the same as this one. Again, I have not received any kind of answer.

The order is unwanted, because I only was adding games to my cart in order to make a simulation (I had a Coupon Code and wanted to test it) and, due to a mouse malfunction, I accidentally pressed the button "Place Order". To my surprise, Big Fish Games web didn't ask for an order confirmation. Additionally, I didn't know it but I had PayPal's "Automatic Payment" activated for Big Fish Games, and thus the order was automatically placed and paid. In fact, I even didn't know that such "Automatic Payment" existed in PayPal. Furthermore, in that simulation the games were selected for Windows and are completely useless to me because I only have Mac OS and Linux.

Please, I would like to cancel this unwanted Big Fish's Order # 311659764 placed on 10/26/20 for a total of $ 702.54 and get a refund. It is a big amount of money, $ 702.54, that I can not spend at this time. I beg Big Fish Games to understand that it was an accident that occurred when I was doing the simulation. It can also be checked that I have not downloaded nor played any of the games.

Desired outcome: I want to cancel this unwanted Big Fish Games Order # 311659764 placed on 10/26/20 for a total of $ 702.54 and get a refund
