In 2011 I bought 4 new tires from the local Les Schab Store. Since that time I've only driven about 3000 miles and just around town. I never expected my tires would get bad since I'm not using them a lot. In 2018, one tire went completely flat and when I took it in, they said I had tire rot. They did replace that tire but said they won't replace anymore. I'm getting up there in years and am very low income. When I bought these tires, I expected them to last me the life of the car at least. Yesterday while driving home from a dentist appt. another tire went flat and had big holes in it. I was lucky there was a lot of traffic otherwise I would have been driving a lot faster and would probably have gotten in a terrible accident. When I bought these tires, no one ever said they would only last a few years and then have to be replaced because they would rot. I would like to have all of these tires replaced. My son they are all getting tire rot now and will probably blow out soon and then I will be injured. I'm responsible for driving myself to appointments and the stores or where ever I need to go. I shouldn't have to buy new tires again since no one told me that would be the deal.
The last 3 pictures are of the the tire that blew out yesterday. The other ones are still on my car and I tried to get pictures so you could see the tire rot. I do have the invoice showing I bought them in 2011 but am not sure where it's at at this point. I moved recently after being in one place for 31 years and I don't know where anything is at this time. You can probably get my information from the les schwabs I bought them from. My name is Carol Myers and I was living at 4808 Grove St. #2, in Marysville when I bought them but now live at 1350 Cedar St. #b3 in marysville. I will try to find the invoice within this next week and send it to you. Thank you for your help. Carol
