Firehouse Subs

I pre-ordered a footlong turkey sandwich from the Firehouse Sub at the 2631 172nd St NE Ste. 103, Marysville, WA 98271. My pick up time was 12:40pm today 8/9/23. I arrived at 12:30 and since it was my first time there I did not know where I was suppose to pick my food at from. Upon opening my food my sandwich was soggy that it was disgusting. My sandwich was made so early and had been sitting for a while. This is not a good impression given the fact that I bought a large sub meal and it was my first online order. I will definitely not be coming back nor promoting your subs.
