Made an order on june 24, 2015. All items were mailed, but one parcel was missing a commercial invoice as ups delivery activity stated. Then the parcel was cancel by zumiez and returned and signed by a colleague of zumiez names randle alternate tracking no, 1z8785a56780041627. I emailed customer care 4-5 times request to resend the parcel, first they ask me my address again. The parcel never mailed. Your online shop is still selling this item. Now i'm asking for refund. I've emailed customer care twice. But I think this is how things go in zumiez. They keep bs, neglecting customers and cheat money. Good nasdaq listed company. Very satisfied how you treat your customer. Thanks good job.
