Had an 11:00 appointment for snow tire swap on 11/2022 and requested the other tires and wheels be balanced also. Also had them make notes not to roll down the driver's window as it just started having issues. I step outside to take a phone call just in time to see a bunch of kids laughing at and joking about my vehicle. It's not much, but it runs and drives. After waiting an hour and a half they finally pull my vehicle out front. The drivers window is half down, crooked, and off track. GREAT! Just what is needed when it is 34 degrees outside. I see one hub cap falling off with only one screw part way threaded and another with both screws loose. After 10 minutes more they fixed those issues. After I leave there, I find out the other tires and wheels were not balanced as requested.
Desired outcome: Changes in management would be best, since this current one does not appear to educate employees on proper business etiquette nor do they conduct any form of verifying work was performed in a complete and safe manner.
