Spencer's

Went to Spencers in Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham, Wa on 12-16-2021 yesterday. I witnessed a very disturbing event of the store manager, (that's what she called herself) verbally threatening a customer in a high pitched voice. The customer had a mask on that slipped down to almost the bottom of nose, Not off the nose. Then the customer said to her it keeps slipping down, the she pulled it back up. The customer said it's stupid to wear them but I am. She pretty much said leave my store now I'm calling mall security now! It was like a scary movie with the store manager behaving like a crazy person! So her Mom or who ever was with her went to speak to manager to calm her down. Then the customer went to pay for her item and a Big young man would not check her out. He kept moving something around on the stand and said he had was doing something first. He had just checked someone out a couple seconds before she went to register. He then almost ran from behind the register. I heard her (the customer) as the other girl if she would check her out she said yes. So she got checked out. Meanwhile the woman who was with her went to where the manager and big guy who wouldn't check her out we're talking. Manger came up to her asked if they didn't want to check out. Lady said we tried but he wouldn't. She said yes he would he had to enter his number and something else. The lady says to manager he just checked someone out he was fidgeting with things on counter and acted odd and wouldn't check her out. She said NO she tried the lady said Im sorry but he is lying to you. We'll then that when the manager had a complete melt down! She was screaming and yelling and calling mall security she went off the rails. I believe you Someone needs to handle this employee who calls herself the store manager. These employees represent your company. I guess help is really scarce because all but 1 employee was a loon! Pray you clean this mess up FAST for everyone
