Charged me $999.
Carrier has admitted lost or stolen package.
The only people who can make a claim are the shippers (Valve) and they aren't doing anything.
Valve refuses to send me a replacement and is threatening to lock my account if I have the credit card company reverse the charges.
Do I not have a right to get my money back or the product I paid for?
I think I need a lawyer.
Desired outcome: To get what I paid for.
