Supercuts

I wish I had known about this site because I would have filed a complaint a lot sooner. The manager her name was Stephanie or as I’m just learning most people call her the wicked witch. About a month She cut my sons hair and clipped his ear then when my son started crying and bleeding she had the audacity to tell him to shut up. I asked for a band aid for his ear as he was bleeding pretty hard and she couldn’t even do that. I got very frustrated and told her she was cruel and unprofessional. She laughed and told me if I didn’t like it to not ever show my face their again. She stated she runs the place so she’s in complete control. I got very very irritated and mad at her and told her she should not be working there at all. My son cried and cried and is now tormented by this experience. He’s afraid of ever getting his hair cut again. I know for a fact this crazy lady has had numerous complaints against her and how she’s still managing that place is beyond me. Supercuts please do something! You are very lucky I don’t file a lawsuit. I have spoken to numerous attorneys who would be happy to take this case. Fire her!
