Lowe's N. Winchester Feb 25th 2022. first call at around 1pm second call around 2:15 pm and final call at 3:45pm. I have tried 3 times, each time to 3 different departments so I could bid on a project and NO ONE ever answered the phone. It would ring and then a voice message saying they value their customers and someone would be with them soon. Then it would start ringing again and then the Voice message again. Hit O for operator to no avail. Even hung up and called right back to get out of queue for the different departments.
This is not the first time this has happened. We have a couple of small lumber yards here in Winchester VA and they are slightly more expensive but at least they answer the phone and talk to you. Like I said small project maybe $4k in material and it will cost me about $200 more but I can't deal with Lowes any longer... just not worth the time and for $200 buck I'll add it to the bid. Will only go there when I have to.
Desired outcome: Let everyone know that there are other options.
