IHOP - allowing a man's pet to die

This is THE full media story on the man's pet that officer's and Ihop allowed to die. This is sickening and disgusting that no employee nor officer's of the law helped this helpless animal. I am no longer going to spend my money on IHOP food anymore due to this horrific event that took place killing an innocent animal in their parking lot and the employee's and managers did NOTHING!
