Burger King

I went to Burger King in Hopewell, I had a family emergency and it was late 9:07 pm, I had my children with me ages 12, 9, 3 years of age, I live in Colonial Heights about 25 minutes from my home. My kids were very hungry. I placed a large order $30.51 exact, I pulled to the window waited about 5 minutes, myself being hungry and tired. I'm so upset about this I'm up at midnight doing this. I asked the young lady at the window if everything was in the bag, she said yes, I was tired and I shouldn't have to check the bag, well after a 25 minute drive home I did NOT have my 10 piece nugget, large fry, order of the bacon cheddar tots, I totally could not believe this. I had to feed my food to my 3 year old daughter, yes I have food at home, with it being so late, something fast was necessary. I called them and asked please, please could you call the Burger King in colonial heights and ask them is it any way I could pick up my items that wasn't in the bag, being rude she abruptly said NO! I said the young lady at the window said everything was in the bag, and what am I supposed to do, she threatened to hang up on me, I asked for a manager, she said she was the manger, with a delayed response, she did not want to give me her name, I heard Katherine or Kathy her voice was very low, I told her I was going to e-mail cooperate ASAP! As I was sitting there in the drive thru I notice the lobby totally empty and only 1 car behind me I said to myself, being I had a large order, there's no reason or excuse why my order wasn't complete. I got very upset at this point, I'm a laid back person I don't cry over spilled milk, but this absolutely got under my skin, and what made it worse was she told me everything was in the bag. I go through my bags at McDonald's because they are horrible it doesn't matter the location, so now bag checking at a Burger King before I pull off, her attitude was awful, she was rude, and did not even want to fix what they messed up. So I ate what my kids didn't which wasn't very much because my food was forgotten. #bagcheckburgerkingalways
