National Tire & Battery [NTB]

I work here, ive been over worked, harassed, and bullied by our manager Eric. I have other employees who have witnessed this. And ive told the district manager and instead of penalizing eric he gives me a talk and then suggest I move to a different store. I kindly said no thank you because I grew a relationship with my co-workers. And now it has gotten worse to the point where he yells at us, randomly kicks doors, throws tires on the ground for no reason, tears down taped tires that I tapped up so people would know not to mess with those tires, accidentally used the N word and tried to correct his self while speaking, throws tickets on the board 5 minutes before closing, always threatens to fire us if we dont do what he says even though he knows its wrong. And now im having more back issues and I hurt my leg, and also I have prior disabilities from the military and instead of him being understanding about it he tells us “im your boss, so do what I say” or “im the manager not you so whatever I say you just do” like it goes on… im just looking for help in this situation with out loosing my job. Like the list goes on based off how corrupt he is.
