Home Depot - Went to Home Depot to buy 4x8 MDF…

Went to Home Depot to buy 4x8 MDF board, cut into 5 pieces+/- 3/4", they refused. Called precision cut and would not do it. Went to Lowes,

they had no problem. This kind of service iis why I usually shop Lowes. Will never return. If I need something quick, I will just buy online and overnight, if I cannot find at Lowes or other, Home improvement stores

Home Depot - calling the store is impossible

The manager richard powell, and the employees working under him have done something pretty unbelievable as i've worked retail before. They hung up on me twice when I called. And I tried calling a few more times since I really needed to speak with someone about my car getting damaged in their low.

They would answer the phone then set it down. They did this twice until I realized they were purposely doing this to ignore my calls. They must have seen my number so they knew it was me and did not want to deal with me. I couldn't believe the horrible service. It really upset me, I was not rude or pushy I hadn't even been able to talk to anyone so the rudeness came as a shock as I did nothing to deserve it.

But hey a bad store is a bad store. Bad manager with bad employees. It happens sometimes and it happens here.

Horrible experience go to any other store than this one.
