The jewelry dept. consistently inputs the incorrect email address and then does not allow the customer to view the email prior to pushing the button to agree.
Therefore receipts are not sent to the email which does not allow for proper refund when needed.
I have been to this store 3 times and this has happened all 3 times from different clerks.
They put an "extra" . before the .com
Example: ..com
