They messed up both my sandwiches they put the double meat on the wrong sandwich and gave me mozzarella sticks instead of Mac n cheese bites. Sheetz - I am complaining about a specific drink I receive eve, the size, the recipe and quite often the customer service
17188 Owens Dr, King George, VA 22485 Day June 14th 2022 I went to my local sheets in and I ordered a Drink I get every day. I asked the manager about a year ago if I could have the "extra". (The employees often measure the ingredient to make the product oversized) This drink is poured into an 18 maybe 16 oz cup. It is a more expensive smoothie because it has the product red bull in it. The reason I ask for the entire amount is because I want the entire amount of my red bull. About a year ago the management did approve me receiving the extra amount of smoothie. I buy this drink 2 times A-day The price usually runs about $6.60. An employee today got very rude and nasty with me and told me NO to the "extra" amount of smoothie. I then said well can you please tell your employees not to go over the recommended size of measurement so I can get the whole amount of the red bull that I am paying for?
Desired outcome: The outcome I would like is for the employees to be consistent with the measurement of the products that they are putting in the blender that way I will not have to ask for any extra to receive my full amount of red bull in that drink!
