Shoney's North America

On January 14, 2016 I was at Shoney's in Hopewell, Va.. I walked into the store at 1:20 pm for lunch. There was no line and no one waiting on visiting coming into the restaurant. Sore was over half empty. I waited for 10 minutes before I decided to seat myself. A waitress came to me and she told me that she told the manager ( a female and male manager) that someone needed to go and seat the man waiting to be seated. They did not even come out and apologize to me but the female manager came out to the bar and just looked at me. My waitress name was Chelsea and she was very nice. I told her to tell the managers I did not appreciate having to wait 10 minutes and she stated that she did tell them and neither one of the manager came to talk to me. The waitress had to work the cash register when I left because the managers couldn't come out. I really felt bad about this whole situation. I was with another guest as we met for lunch.
