To the point, need denial of benefits letter. Filed appeals on 07/16/20 & 09/03/20. Given number for appeals by ui rep. Who said need to call and get appeals canceled, then get claim denied so I can file pua side. Am at my witts end. It has been eight months of entering gross income {work hours cut in half due to covid 19 pandemic on 03/17/2020} have exhausted savings, borrowed from family, sold items to not go under. Called back today (11/02/2020, 10:30am) appeals line and was transferred to marietta adjudication center, and spoke with"pat" who advised the appeals were withdrawn on unknown date. She put me on hold to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor advised they would perform a "data fix" on my account, and call or text with instructions on filing on the "pua" side. Facts; I am a federal contract officer, working under the department of homeland security. Primary employer paragon systems inc. My full time normal hours are 36hrs per week. 9hr days monday - thursday. 03/17/2020 went to two days a week 18hrs. Wife is ill and can not work any more. My employer protects federal properties. I protect a stand alone social security office at 4375 hoover ave, dayton ohio 45417. They dictate protection needed (which is whenever they are working at office) and they shut the doors to public with appointments only. Open tuesday, wednesday, thursdays, as of 09/22/2020. Giving me 27hrs weekly at this time. They estimate full open sometime in 2021;personal info.
