Edible Arrangements in Hampton, VA. I ordered 3 weeks ago to have it delivered yesterday in plenty of time for Mother's Day. I called this morning to ask about it. I was told it would be delivered this morning, it was on the truck. By 2 pm. I called again... It was not delivered yesterday even though the order was paid for and they had more than enough time to deliver the order. I called 42 times today, sat on hold over and hour and a half! I was hung up on 3 times. When I finally got thru, the guy asked me if I wanted and f#$#$#$ refund... I asked to speak to a manager was put on hold again! And hung up on again! I called back spoke to manager she told me she would call me back... They have been closed for 45 min and never called me back... I have to wait to call tomorrow for a refund! And the lady who deserved it went without on Mother's Day! Do not give them any of your money! This is a disgrace!
