On Friday February 12, 2016, my husband and I went to the Longhorn Steak house in Midlothian, Virginia. We arrived at 5:20pm. We were told it would be about 30 minutes. People who arrived, with no reservations, after we did were being seated as well a everyone who was there when we arrived. My husband as the hostess if our buzzer was working and she said yes. We were 4th in line. After another 20 minutes, after being overlooked further and later arrivers going ahead of us. We had gotten real upset by then. My husband went up and gave our beeper back and explained again about being overlooked and not being seated. She never offered any apology nor did she offer to seat him. As I left I explained to the hostess that I think we were discriminated against because were old. Then she said well I can seat you now. We were both so upset that we just left. I called the customer service number right away, she apologized and said some one would call me I within 24 hours. Now it has been 3 days and no contact. We will not be going back to Longhorn because of this bad, in considerate experience.
