While visiting one of your stores in Chesapeake, VA we were appalled by the way the store manager (Odett) was treating her employees. It was upsetting to us by the way she was talking to them. She was not being professional about how she was addressing them. She didn't seem to be helping out her team what-so-ever. She even put one of the employees on-the-spot in front of others in store front instead of talking to the employee in private.
