Drove from Lawton Oklahoma to a baby shower Saturday a went to Citi trends in Texas to buy a baby shower gift, not a good selection but I found a baby bottle that had a bottle, rattle. Rag socks also it turned into a bank, I'd seen in Dollar General for $3/&5 Dollar's it had no price on it, I ask cash register lady how much she said $20, no ma'am their like $5 in Lawton, she asked a black female lady with braids to get the pink one lady storms off get it rude hands to register it's no price lady in braids gets mad says rude well I can only let you have it for $10.99 I said man can you call other store manager sherry in Lawton calls around she said I know their not $5 we can't call so mean I say to register ma'am just forget it I'll go back to Lawton & get it there so mean there I won't go back, I go to Lawton find it and it's regular $5.99 so I tell manager ms sherry she said ma'am I'm so sorry they could have called us I said she was so intimidating I was afraid to ask any more question she apologizes & said I'm sorry if you'd like your welcome to but that one I said the shower is over I just went to targets they had one for $6.99 I'm a well known attorney in Lawton & Denver Colorado & I don't scare easy but I don't do confrontation unless I'm paid I think these ladies need to be retained because one-hour drive is far to be bullied & I spend over $100 every time I walk in Citi trends & this is my 3rd trip there to experience rudeness it's COVID-19 people are looking for jobs if their unhappy another horrible experience in Texas I won't go back nor recommend
