Bought a pair of glasses March 14th at the Weatherford Ridge location a few days before the pandemic shut the stores down. Was told at the time they would not close. Soon after they closed. Made multiple attempts trying to get answers from their customer service lines but I just keep getting empty promises. Was told someone from the local store would give me a call. Never have I received a call or gotten a reply to any emails sent to [protected]@visionworks. I just want to know where my glasses are and when i'll actually get them. I understand these are crazy times but i can't get any answers. The customer service is the worst i've ever dealt with
