McDonald's

I placed an order and when I got to resturant bmobile app stated mcdonalds was having issues and store was closed when clearly store was opened. So I left never got my food, I was home for about 30 min when I got an email about my mobile order. The order was taken out of my card but never got the food. So I would just prefer a refund as I dont have any other time to go back for the food in the morning.
