American Home Shield [AHS]

This is the second time SJDI Electric attempted to repair an item at our home and is not competent to have our issues resolved. I'm EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with this company. I spoke to Paul representative this week with American Home Shield and stated to give this company a second chance. I called Renee with SJDI stated prior to tech leaving ceiling wasn't resolved she stated to call American Home shield and request a recall. I called American Home Shield spoke to Mika stated she is required to call SJDI to get their explanation. She stated she spoke to Kelly and stated issue with ceiling was resolved that is inaccurate. I requested to file a formal contractor complaint Mika stated she sent an email and they have to investigate what happened upon completion someone with contact us. I informed Mika to place on my account I DO NOT want this company at our home. SJDI is a BIG MISTAKE :(
