I went to the drive thru, ordered my food and was told to go park around the front of the building and wait for my order, after waiting 14 minutes I went inside to see what was taking so long, the staff member Trezura was very rude and stated that there were only 2 employees working. I do not understand what was taking so long. Jack in the box is a fast food chain and that really makes no sense that it was taking this long, she had a very bad attitude and shifted her shoulders.
I ask if I could please get my drinks while I waited, after 20 minutes of waiting we finally received our food, The Homestyle chicken sandwich, the chicken was over cooked and the food was not even hot. The other 2 burgers were cold as well, I do not live but 3 minutes from the Jack in the box, so after waiting 21 minutes to receive my food and receiving attitude from the employee, my food was not even worth eating. Therefore there is no reason that my food should have been cold. Ticket time 9:17pm - waited 21 minutes, 9:38pm
In addition to this each one of the meals were priced for $1.00 more than the listed price.
This is not the first time that I have had issues with Jack in the box, but the other times I let it go, but all the money that I have spent there, this is just out of control.
If this issue is because of poor management as far as scheduling, I feel this needs to be handled and the employees should speak up for themselves.

Desired outcome: I feel that I am entitled to a full refund total $35.98 and the employee should be reprimanded for her poor customer service and attitude.
