Contacted GM Financial on this week, June. 8 th or 9th. To make a payment arrangement, Spoke with a representative and told her I wanted my payment of $531 to be drafted out of my account on the last day of the month, which is June 30, 2021. The problem started when she set my payment for June 10, 2021, and the funds were not available. I spoke to a supervisor who stated she needs to listen to the call, when calling back she denied me a refund because the call was not recorded. And causing me to pay the bank back the payment and late fees. I had to pay a 30 dollar stop payment, which will cause me to have an NSF fee with GM financial due to the error that the representative caused me. I want to see that I am not charged this NSF fee, it was not my fault. I fell behind because I had to do emergency dental work for my daughter's teeth. I do not feel that the supervisors even cared what happens. I will always try my best to get my payments in, but things happen in our lives that can not be prevented. The second supervisor suggested I speak to the bank, and the bank suggested a stop payment. I would still like to set this payment up for June 30 2021 to be drafted out of my account. I would like someone from the corporate office to help me resolve this situation. And speak to the representative. Who caused this error so this won't happen again. If I could make the payment on June 10, 2021, I would not have called to make a payment arrangement for the end of the month. Please make sure that all calls are being recorded as well.
