this morning I opened the GM app to make a payment of 649.83 (1 month and still owe one more) I selected the ACH method of payment on file with GM. Red note said account not acceptable use different ACH account which I added then attempted again with same comment.
I called GM military lending department and they said to use debit card. Three weeks ago, our bank info through Amazon was hacked so we had to have new debit cards issued which I added to my profile today on GM website. I then made a payment of 649.83. immediately on my phone a transaction from Navy Federal credit union showed a withdrawal of 1948.02. I did not error on this. This is on your end. I called GM military department and the supervisor stated there was nothing he could do and that I would have to dispute through my bank. I have been with Navy Feed for five years and then confirmed the investigation could take up to six months.
I HAVE A MORGAGE DUE MONDAYAND CAN NOT PAY IT! and told your department this. Still no resolution telling me there's nothing that can be done.
The truck is pending sale next week and not only have you not taken the one payment but three! This is being reported to consumer affairs, The state Attorney Generals offices in Arlington and Georgia where I live. I also am filing a congressional complaint with Congressmen Furgeson.
EVERY MONTH ITS A NEW ISSUE WITH GM AND WHEN I BUY MY FOURTH VEHICLE IN THREE YEARS THAT HAVE BEEN FINANCED WITH YOU IT WILL NOT BE THROUGH GM EVER AGAIN! THIS IS CRIMANAL. YOU TOOK A PAYNENT THAT ISNT EVEN DUE YET, this IS NOT COMPUTER ERROR THIS IS A BUISNESS MODEL BASED ON THEFT IN MY OPINION. THIS IS GETTING BLASTED EVERY WHERE BY DAYS END ALL SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS INCLUDING YOUR SM.
Desired outcome: REVERSE THE CHARGE IMEDIATLY TO ONE PAYMENT THAT I MADE.
