I bought a Bushnell Onix 400 for the XM weather mapping feature. I spent an additional $ 150.00 for an XM weather account. It will not work on the Bushnell unit. Tech support told me that it is an XM problem, but another Garmin unit next to it works fine.
There is No support for this product. XM has never even heard of it.

Product was sent in on October 24, 2025 and was delivered on October28. I never got a response and didn't get them back. I was told that your company did not have them but I have confirmation that you did receive my binoculars, sent in for repair. Confirmation # 405TL100714946.
