Whataburger

8/12/19 - I arrived at the location at 11:27 I waited in the drive through line until 11:35. The driver behind me backed out allowing me to back out as well. I ordered at 11:39:59. My receipt number is 225727. A gentlemen that was waiting next to me had to leave to go to work even though he already paid and didn't get his meal. I was about to leave myself but they brought my order as I stood up. I got the order at 12:05 am. I was 13 min late to work waiting for my meal. I waited nearly 40 min including the drive through to get a meal. A sit down restaurant doesn't take that long. I cannot believe an individual paid for a meal and had to leave without his meal.

The staff working was moving slow, laughing, making jokes, were even rude to another costumer that asked for ketchup. Unacceptable behavior at this Whataburger. The manager didn't even apologize for the wait.
