Victoria's Secret

I had ordered a few things for my daughter. She had just moved to a new address and the post office was closed so she did not know where to pick it up. When she finally told me, I called customer service and they claimed they sent me a gift card to my email but I still have not found it. Not only that but that order was returned to Victoria's Secret and they did not take it off my credit card. They thought sending me a gift card was sufficient so I was still paying it on my credit card bill. I need a refund. I have not found that gift card in my email folders and I ended up paying for it anyway. I demand a refund.
