Travelodge

Hi. We booked to stay in the above hotel ( 1122 S Laredo Street, San Antonio City
Center, San Antonio (TX), United States, 78204)on the31st October to 3rd November and although I have tried and tried I still haven't got a reply to my emails..
We were unable to travel to the USA due to my wife requiring Surgery so sadly we had to cancel, now I'm in the process of trying to get reimbursement from my insurance, all they are waiting for is proof no show/cancellation or proof of no refund from the hotel.. despite repeated attempts from me to get someone to help us to sort this out..
As we are in the UK I am unable to telephone the Hotel so could you Please contact the manager there and get someone to help us by sorting this out. We booked through Agoda and they havent been able to get a reply either..our Agoda ref number is...booking ID: [protected]
