Mattress protector purchased in dec 2017 with new star furniture mattress. Never fit bed properly, now stretched out and doesn't fit at all. Problem is, cover has 10 year warranty and is an integral part of the 10 year mattress warranty. We were told by seller that we would get up to 3 free covers a year apart.

I called warranty company today and was told that the cover was not covered by warranty, and that it was too bad that it stretched out and did not fit the bed anymore.

So a crappy mattress cover that is supposed to go with a matching 10 year warranty with our new mattress is not being replaced - and the warranty company basically voids our mattress warranty. All for $99.95.
