Sono Bello - No services

I was sold and paid for a series of skin tightening treatments in July. I received two treatments and was told they couldn’t see me again until September. These treatments work best in succession. Sonobello gets your money and then you are at their mercy.

They can’t accommodate your schedule because they sell and overbook appointments.

I explained I didn’t want late evening appointments and they consistently schedule late evening appointments and the very day that isn’t convenient.

Find a practice that is customer service oriented and not a scamming factory.

Desired outcome: Refund my money

Sono Bello - consultation

The survey link results were auto changed to thumbs up when I very clearly and easily selected; thumb down to recommending to others and provided the following honest feedback:

San antonio location staff was loud communicating client names across the office within ear shot of waiting area. Consultant stephanie was far from personable from the set up of her consult office which had a couch placed across the room from the desk that she sat behind restricting sincere engagement, to her beyond robotic quite that pushed more areas without first asking what my goals were. The likelyhood of closing me and others that share my ethnic background felt extrememy bias especially given no knowledge of my financial standing stellar credit. If time permitted i'd escalte concerns of non compliant pii/phi to the officer noted on intake paperwork.

Desired outcome: I would like to see my honest review accurately posted and/or any other less than favorable review posted on their website to give patrons true and accurate testimonials NOT just cherry picked reviews.

Sono Bello - Breach of contract

I had initial consultation with sales rep Denisse Gunn and a $1, 000 deposit was made per financial agreement. Sono Bello arbitrarily charged the remaining $3, 589 balance to the card on file 23 days prior to the procedure without notifying or getting approval from me. Per contractual agreement, a client can make payments up to 14 days prior to the procedure date.

I have repeatedly attempted to request a refund since 5/18/21 and as of 6/9/21 I am still getting the run around. On 5/25/21, I was informed by the sales rep Denisse Gunn that I will not receive any of my money back. When I told her that only my deposit should be kept, Ms. Gunn stated that she will retain $1, 995 despite the fact that I was only charged a deposit of $1, 000.

Ms. Gunn relentlessly disregarded my request and her tactics were aggressive and dismissive. She kept telling me to think about it and call back; no means NO. Sono Bello is breaching the contract and not following their own policies.

The manager Mia Rangel stated that she would give me all of the money back; I have not heard from here since 5/25/21.

Desired outcome: I want my money back since the agreed services were not rendered.

Sono Bello - Refund

I went in for a consultation for my chest and they said they could do it two days later. It's something that bothered me for awhile so I agreed and payed 3, 500. I felt forced to during the whole consult. I canceled that same day but the lady's saying she can't refund me. I just want a refund. If there's a fee that's fine but i'm not going through with the procedure. Even after talking to the lady she's still forcing me to do it and that she can't give me anything back. Please help.

BTW, for anyone reading, DO NOT ALLOW SURGERY ON YOURSELF VEFORE YOU HAVE GOTTEN MEDICAL CLEARNESS FROM YOUR OWN DOCTORS. Pending your state laws, there are definite rules to the TIMELINES meaning if you read your contract the timelines and qualifications MUST be in accordance with your state laws and legislation timelines. If not, do not sign such a contract.
Get medical clearness first from your doctor. Reason is plastic crooked surgeons will NOT refund you even if they have violated the law. They allow greed to disregard laws and your SAFETY.
Many patients die or are injured permanently due to underlying conditions plastic surgeons FAILED to reveal to you. Many KNOWINGLY will perform surgery on you KNOWING you are are not medically cleared, have high blood pressure or some other disease. Trust me, they WILL kill you for greed. GET MEDICALLY CLEARED before you sign a contract and "trust" the plastic surgeon to be all about you. THEY ARE NOT. They are all about money. I am fighting a case for a client right now in California for the very same thing. These surgeons have been charged no less than FIVE times, four times by the medical BOARD and twice privately. They have caused TWO deaths by not medically clearing patients or rather IGNORING high blood pressure and other underlying conditions. Each time they SETTLED and provisioned the cases to be "sealed". The case I have does not involve death it involves TORT and refusal to refund a patient not medically cleared. These surgeons somehow believe they are above the law in California that governs their services. Plastic surgeons are NOT concerned for your safety, their main concern is MONEY. So be afraid and trust only your OWN doctors before you commit to surgery. Also GOOGLE plastic surgeons before you sign on and do it diligently as they have web masters that hide their wrong doings from being posted online. Ask them questions...how many patients have died that received surgery here? Were their any injured? How many lawsuits have you had thus far and how long ago was the last one?. Should they get nervous and refuse to service you, then you know. Should they deny then you know you have made a record of it in case you need to file a suit. Also inform your family/ friends of your interactions with the surgeon and what was discussed. Witnesses are always good. Take a friend along if you can and allow the friend to be present during discussions about your procedure. I know, it's a shame you have to go to those lengths, all because we live in a world of greed.

Do you have a written agreement? If so the only thing that can get you out of it is perhaps your state's right to rescission law whereby you have 3 days or more to rescind. If not, the other thing that would get you out is if you can not be medically cleared due to medical problems. It seems rather strange that they would schedule a procedure that quick (2 days). Most plastic surgeons are also medical doctors and that does not mean they would be HONEST in your medical clearness. They are very crooked. Many patients have died due to this and states are slow to compose legislation to prevent it. In my opinion it is DETRIMENTAL that plastic surgeons NOT be allowed to medically clear patients. It should be done by a third party specialist or your doctor. Getting back to this, find out what the states legislation on rescinding contracts are and check your copy for the date you signed it and the date you called them to cancel. TWO days seems very suspicious to me. Then again, plastic surgeons wants to make MONEY and their greed most often cancels their professionalism and obligation to patient safety.
