The lady filed my taxes single instead of head of household she made the mistake I went right back inside of the place and she told me there was nothing she could do to when there was which was a amended Tax or try to log back in and change the the filing status she then kicked me out store argued with my wife and then told us she wouldn’t do them over I went to my car and call customer service come to find out she did go back in an change it but I was not in a office nor was I there to make sure it was don’t correct isn’t this breach of information she didn’t have my info to go back in and she also admitted to messing them up by doing so she also joked about having a gun then told me she would blow me out of the building with it joke or not it’s not funny attached a video of how she acted when I went back inside after being told to go back and have her fix it
Desired outcome: I want lower fee for the filed taxes I want her fired simple! Your job is to do our taxes not try to make people file how you want them to file because of you reasons
