Purchase two pieces of outdoor furniture with warranty for both. I was sold a warranty for indoor furniture for both items. The reason I found out was when I filed a claim and was informed of this problem. I have spoken with several employees at the store on 99 and Grandparkway, whose names are Ladashsa, (helped out by looking into the problem and responding back like promised) Robert/manager, Eugene? (district manager) And several other employees name that I do not remember. Corporate office Torrey and Maury? Who promised to call back with updates on order of replacement pillows and getting new warranties for montage. This has been going on for two months and has been stressful and caused me to fall ill. I had two special events planned that was planned around being outside for extra seating for family that came from out of town. I had to purchase additional seating which I shouldn't have done. It has been 2 months and someone need to give us answers as customers. This was not our fault and I feel we are being punished for someone else's mistake. We should be accommodated for all the trouble we are going through. Live up to what the advertising says. I am expecting a call or my merchandise.
