I am upset because I shop at HEB exclusively! I spend at least 1600- 1800 a month here.

1. I have tried numerous times to apply for the debit card and credit card to help with my HEB expenses since I spend so much at this store. But for some reason I an not get either. My husband and I make plenty of money. I am not sure if it has something to do with my address.

2. Second complaint is I have the HEB app on my phone. I use the yellow coupons and scan the others to my app. I tried this at my last visit and the coupon was not accepted. I was really upset.

Can you help with both of these matters?
