National Tire & Battery [NTB]

I called my local ntb that we are loyal customers for a long time now asking if they had the PINK coolant for my VW cc an they said yes. I made the appointment to get the flush. I'm waiting in the room an when they start pouring in green coolant into my car I start asking questions an getting concerned. They told me that it was ok with the specs of my car. A month later my coolant light came on when I was 15 minutes away from the shop. I immediately call them. They tell me to come in. They said oh they didnt properly flush the lines. Ok. So they flush it again, an the reason is because the pink coolant left in there mixed with the green. Then another couple weeks go by an again its low. Now its leaking so bad I can't drive more than fifteen minutes down the road. But they cant find the leak. My mechanic I goto for major work looks at it an says it leaking from the water pump. Ok so we buy a new water pump an put it on. The water pump is fine. But the seal for the tubes is what is corroded from the improper coolant that was put into my car. So now I'm paying 200 a month for a car that I can't drive due to this shop lying to me an putting the wrong coolant in my car that requires G12 coolant not universal.
