On July 30, 2023 I placed an online order at 2840 Hwy 365 port arthur texas in the amount of $26.15. When we got there they said they did not have the order and sent us to a different store on Hwy 365. The second store said they did not have the order either. Then it was discovered that ot was ordered at the first store we went to. So back to the 1st store. They again said they did not have it. I offered the order # [protected] but they said it was not there and asked me to pay for it again. I'm not paying for something I did not get. Please help me with this.
Desired outcome: I got no food. I want my money back. It did hit my bank.
