I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident that happened while shopping at a local H-E-B I went to check out the girl was really rude while she scanned our product she was just throwing them and she had a really bad attitude towards me I am very concerned because I've never seen a person that rude work a HEB I got a glimpse at her name tag her name was jazz or jass I hope y'all can make her improve on how she should deal with customers in my opinion I've never had to leave a concern for HEB because every other HEB has had wonderful customer service towards me thank you for being a great store it just surprised me tremendously on her customer service skills.
