Massage Envy

It is unbelievable that a company such as Massage Envy would lock their customers into a contract and provide them with services that were not advertised. This is actively happening at the location listed on this complaint. My husband and I are continually receiving less than adequate (which is an understatement) massages by "therapists" who were shipped from oversees and NOT TRAINED. We leave our appointment every time feeling worse than when we came in, and that is unacceptable. We have made numerous complaints which have been ignored, and contacted the local manager @ Samuel.partida@massageenvy.com who is never in office nor has followed up with us. How is it that a company can lie about their product and continue to take clients money is beyond me, and I hope that something is done soon or this might end up as an action lawsuit down the road.
