I went into the store on 11/1/2019 because I had purchased some razors that my husband had an allergic reaction to and I wanted to exchange the unopened pack for something different. I was told it would have to be the same product which means I'm returning something for the same thing (useless) and because I used an digital coupon my razors were only worth $1 and I couldn't get any other razor for that reason. So I just lose my coupon and stuck with razors my husband is allergic to. So the employee let me speak to the manger Shontavious and she was really rude saying ma'am you didn't pay full price so you can't return for something full price. So I asked if the coupon manufacturer pay you all and my product was only worth $1 how does that work so she says I'll call Mike and get back to you all. I was in that store for 30 minutes (5:52 pm-6:22pm) which I don't think is fair. So another customer comes in with his used product and they allow him to get another product of the same kind but only because he paid full price. Yes I'm very upset with management and the way they handle things
