I was in your store and the way your shift leader spoke to the black lady was very rude and from a customer's standpoint very unnecessary. Over cleaning a coffee pot speaking with, the cashier loudly but the point I'm trying to make the Shift leader was doing the specific task while I was in the store and the other employee. look to be straightening the store up..

I told the employee to smile and have a great rest of night.

Just because people apply for a lead position doesn't mean that they are ready.. everything about the situation was uncouth and totally disrespectful. Your shift leader needs some ethics training, I felt as if she thought the lady was her slave. She needed to GET TO cleaning because she has things to do. THAT situation could have went so much better in so many different ways.
