Love's Travel Stop

I was recently a first time customer at location 471 in natalia Texas, and I personally did not have a negative experience, but when I was in the back of a long line of men and women that spoke nothing but Spanish. I heard conversations of them saying they were heading toward their mexico, and that was final. As soon as it was my turn to check out my items, I could not believe what I was hearing and seeing right in front of me from one of the employees behind the register. She was making inappropriate and unprofessional comments about the customers before me, and practically throwing their items in front of them. I do not see how y’all can have someone like that work for your store, especially a store in a town full of Mexicans. As if the Mexicans aren’t the ones who keep our stores open. They spend a lot of money at our location, just for them to be treated unfairly and I witnessed that myself. And I did get the opportunity to see her name tag while she was checking out my items, and I believe her name is Rachel. I do not think I would come back to this store if I continue to see this. That’s all that was needed to be said, thank you.
